Spreadsheet → signed contracts.
Upload a template and a spreadsheet. ContractHub creates a personalized contract for every row, sends each one for e-signature, chases the stragglers and files the signed copies. One tool, not three.
1 · Pick a template
2 · Your spreadsheet
Edit any cell, or click a row number to preview that person's contract.

Signatures that hold up.
In the US, the federal ESIGN Act and state laws based on UETA give electronic signatures the same legal effect as handwritten ones for most business documents, provided the process is done properly. ContractHub is built around those requirements.
ContractHub is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Starter templates are examples to adapt with your own counsel.
- Consent to do business electronically, captured from every signer before they sign
- Identity checks: an email one-time code by default, with SMS for higher-value documents
- Tamper-evident audit trail: hashed documents, timestamps, IP addresses and each step recorded
- Completion certificate attached to every signed PDF, which every party can download
- Encryption in transit and at rest, with retention periods you control
- Not for wills, trusts, family-law or court documents, which are excluded from ESIGN. We'll tell you, not let you find out later.
Three tools in one.
Today most teams use a mail-merge tool to make the documents, an e-signature tool to send them, and a spreadsheet to track who signed. ContractHub replaces all three.
| Mail-merge tools | E-signature tools | ContractHub | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contracts from a spreadsheet | Yes | Limited | Yes, with row preview |
| E-signature | No | Yes | Yes, built in |
| Bulk send | n/a | Often higher tiers only | Every plan |
| Pricing | Per document | Per user, per month | Per completed contract, unlimited users |
| Status tracking | Your spreadsheet | Per envelope | Per batch, with reminders |
Pay for signed contracts, not seats.

Questions
Are electronic signatures legally binding?
For most business agreements in the US, yes. The federal ESIGN Act and state laws based on UETA give electronic signatures legal effect when the signer intends to sign, consents to doing business electronically, and a record of the process is kept. Some documents are excluded, such as wills, trusts and family-law and court papers. If you're unsure, check with a lawyer.
Do signers need an account?
No. Signers get an email link, verify with a one-time code and sign in their browser on any device.
Can I use my own contract templates?
Yes. Upload a Word document or PDF, add fields like {{name}} or {{start_date}}, and ContractHub fills them in from your spreadsheet. Our starter templates are there to get you going, not a substitute for legal advice.
How big can a batch be?
Batches of hundreds of contracts are what ContractHub is built for. You preview any row before sending and we flag missing or invalid data, such as a missing email address, first.
What about the demo? Is my data uploaded?
No. The demo on this page runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type or draw is sent to us.
When can I start?
We're opening to waitlist members in stages. Join and tell us what you send; teams with a clear use case get invited first.
