ContractHub is a contract mail-merge and e-signature product being built by a small team in Malta for US customers. You can contact us at hello@contracthub.us.
This notice covers this website and the waitlist. The ContractHub product, including documents and signatures processed in it, will have its own terms and privacy notice for customers and signers.
When you join the waitlist we collect your name, work email and company and, if you choose to give them, your main use case, monthly contract volume, current tool and state or country. Our web host also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
To contact you about early access and pilots, and to understand which features and languages to build first. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising, and this site uses no tracking cookies.
Sign-ups are stored on our hosting provider's servers in the EU and in our business email. We keep them until ContractHub launches and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or become a customer.
Wherever you are, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Just email hello@contracthub.us. You can also complain to our lead EU data protection authority, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta (idpc.org.mt).
